• Absolutely! Ace Vinyl Products and A.C.T. are fully insured and carry full general liability insurance, workers compensation etc.

What is Ace Vinyl Products and Ace Canvas & Tent’s cancellation policy?

• Regrettably, due to the custom nature of the products manufactured by Ace Vinyl Products there is no cancellation policy once the contract has been signed.

How much deposit is needed?

• A 50% deposit is required on all orders. We accept Cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Checks.

Is there a delivery charge?

• Under certain circumstances, there will be a delivery charge based on distance from Ace Vinyl Products office in Ronkonkoma, New York.

What warranty is offered?

• Ace Vinyl Products, LLC offers a one year warranty against workmanship only.
